Rafah, occupied Palestine - A video has emerged showing a man holding a headless child as fire engulfs an area designated for displaced Palestinians in Rafah. The footage, uploaded by eyewitnesses, provides a harrowing glimpse of the aftermath of an Israeli bombing that left dozens dead and injured.

Survivors of the attack, which took place in the early hours of Saturday morning, have described a scene of unimaginable horror. "There were charred bodies everywhere, children without heads, bodies that looked like they had melted," said one witness to the Wafa news agency.

The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) confirmed that many of the victims were burned alive inside their homes. "We found entire families buried under the rubble, completely charred," said a PRCS spokesperson. "This is a horrific tragedy."

The Israeli military has claimed that the bombing was a "mistake," but survivors and Palestinian officials have condemned the attack as a deliberate targeting of civilians.
